Sam
Physiotherapists
Sam graduated from Cardiff University with a Bachelors (Hons) Physiotherapy with First Class Honours, and has worked across various NHS based specialties since qualifying.
Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist, Sam worked as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, and utilises these skills applying hands-on therapy, using strength and conditioning to guide exercise prescription, and educating patients around living a more active, independent, and pain-free life.
Sam’s clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehab, acute sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and pain. He has worked across orthopaedics, emergency departments, geriatrics and community care, as well as working abroad in outpatient and children’s hospital settings in Kathmandu, Nepal. He is passionate about educating both patients and clinicians, and has been a clinical educator and mentor to guide the next generation of physio’s.
Sam is passionate about providing evidence-based treatment and empowering patients to take control of their health to live pain-free through education and shared decision-making to involve you in your own care.
Outside the clinic, Sam is a keen outdoorsman who loves to hike and camp. When he’s not in his hiking boots, he enjoys running, Crossfit, and surfing.
Kate De Guzman
Physiotherapist
Kate completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy and Bachelor of Human Biology (Preclinical) at Curtin University, WA. She has experience across outpatient musculoskeletal and neurology settings, as well as rural private clinics, where she worked closely with Indigenous communities — shaping her holistic and culturally sensitive approach to care.
Kate has a strong interest in performance arts, clinical pilates, neck/back pain and headaches. She utilizes manual therapy, dry needling, exercise rehab and education to achieve the best outcomes for her clients!
Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, travelling, finding very good coffees in Perth , playing with her band and dedicating time to community outreaches across WA.
Kate is committed in facilitating care, good movements, and wellness to anyone who comes through the clinic.
Louis Beukes

Louis is a dedicated physiotherapist who delivers evidence-based care to help clients recover, move pain-free, and live without limits.
He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle. With clinical experience across a variety of settings (aged care, community, and sports), Louis takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to every treatment session. His focus is on targeted exercise, hands-on therapy, and clear, personalised education to help you reach your health goals.
Louis’s clinical interests include musculoskeletal and occupational rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgical care, arthritis management, and treating conditions such as knee pain and sports-related injuries. He also has experience working with neurological conditions and has completed additional training in vestibular rehabilitation and dizziness.
Over the course of his career, Louis has supported a wide range of clients—from older adults and weekend warriors to athletes—empowering them to take control of their recovery and achieve lasting results.
Outside of the clinic, Louis volunteers with local emergency services and enjoys staying active through bushwalking and long walks with his blue heeler.

Chris Rollins

Chris Rollins has worked as a Physiotherapist for the past 19 years and has a passion for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. His career has seen him work in the public health system, private practice and British Military. He enjoys working with people of all ages and all abilities.
Chris believes that effective communication is the key to rehabilitation and addressing the underlying cause of your problem. Chris has undertaken extensive post-graduate study and utilizes a variety of treatment techniques including manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription. Chris has a special interest in the treatment of headaches, nerve pain and lumbopelvic dysfunction.
His love of golf has also seen him pursue further study through the Titleist Performance Institute in the assessment and treatment of golfers. Chris is married with 2 children and a dog. He loves spending time with his family camping, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors of WA.
